Model current account agreement between DGA and BV (LLC)

Model rekening-courantovereenkomst tussen DGA en BV (Engelstalig). This model sets out the arrangements between a director-major shareholder (DGA) and his private limited company (BV) regarding the use of a current account relationship. The document regulates credit limits, interest, administration, repayment on demand, and security.
